Detra Cranfield

Detra Cranfield is the Director of HR Talent & Culture at Voiant, with over 20 yrs. of HR and business operations experience. She is a dedicated Human Resource professional, completing her Human Resource Management program at Loyola Marymount University. Detra is responsible for Voiant’s Global HR Talent & Culture and oversight of company facility administration, including planning, development, implementation, and administration of programs in support of company initiatives around culture and employee development and retention. Acting as liaison and advisor to Executives, leadership, and facilitates initiatives, ensuring that all employment relations run smoothly for the company to achieve its organizational goals.
